Oh! A little note to my trail fairies who sent care packages to Onyx: The group that I'm hiking with decided to hike straight from Tehachepi to Kennedy Meadows without stopping in Onyx. I decided to go with them, so I called the Onyx post office and asked them to forward my packages on to Independence. It will be my next stop after K. Meadows and there is nothing there but a Cheveron, so I thought it'd be the perfect place to receive some love. Thank you SOOO much for sending me goodies, Andi & Aaron and Pam & John. XO, DP
